Complete and I hate to lose. When I feel as if someone went to the beer than something, the switch over somewhere deep inside me and puts me in overdrive.
This is not limited to the work I do on the futurefund, my free fundraising platform for the K-12 school groups. I want to be the best athlete, coach, family man and software engineer I can be. And for the most part it works. It motivates me to try to perfection and constantly demanding that they will become too comfortable and stagnations.
The same tendency that forces me to excel in the thesis can sometimes become counterproductive. My reluctance to loss is in fact so strong that I often hate playing board games. As you can imagine, it can really put a damper for a family game if I have it under control.
A lot of people in technology are like this because it’s a competitive land. Maybe it’s the same for you: whatever you do, you have to do 100% – and because you’ve given something out of something, it’s almost impossible for your success or inability not to feel like a reflection of who you are. Like me, you have a brand and the brand is: If you do something, you will be successful.
The trick is that your sense of competition will remain healthy to serve your work and personal goals to get in your way. That’s how I do it – and how you can.

The way you react to the competition is the choice
Not everyone reacts in the same way in the same way. People tend to fall into one of two groups when they are witnesses to someone else who succeeds to the goal they have for them.
The first group tries to sabotage the success he sees in others. They ask how they can move the reputation of their competition, so it’s negative. This is more often accepted than you could assume. We tend to look down at the brands that lead apparent campaigns against their opponents, but many companies get away with the unfortunate that compare their product or the biggest services with Therig.
The second group is trying to improve to balance and overcome the success they see how others experience. They will become motivated to improve themselves to interfere with the cast of the aspers on their opponents. This approach can feel like much more work, but I have found that it is often much more beneficial.
The first group’s approach may work initially – but there are observed risks. Not only can it blow on you if you are too cumbersome, but it can also cause your opponents and motivate them to work against you than it would be normally. The biggest problem, however, is that the focus on others does nothing to improve your abiles.
The approach of the second group requires you to be steadfastly honest with yourself and your team about your strengths and weaknesses that can initially be challenging. But it also divides the country. You will learn where to invest time and effort for maximum winnings. You will become more efficient and less likely to blame others for your mistakes, and eventually get closer to becoming the best you can be in what you do.

Want to win vs. Hate
Once you have decided to motivate to interfere with your competitors, the next question is how to do it. Here’s one way to think about it, which has always helped me:
It’s not just that you want to win; The point is to get lost. If you are something like me, the disappointment of loss is usually stronger for you than the joy of victory.
This does not allow you to be a sore loser on these occasions, when it inevitably happens – you do not want to destroy a family game. But the fact that it is a priority to have results is often useful, because it is more like what people could let down if they also focus on their winnings.
One of Futurefund’s main compatitors eventually moved from business because their team support took weeks to return to people. This problem would be easy to correct, but they would read that it would become their Achilles heel. Although it might feel important to them, it turned out to be important to their users.
So we decided that one of our Negotii would be Amewer to support tickets in a reasonable time-time-time or less. It was easy to commit, but it had a deeply positive impact on success.
Think about it in the context of starting. Staying competitive means celebrating your winnings, but you will never let yourself get where there is room for improvement.

You define what is the victory
Finully, you need a healthy way to quantify and acknowledge your winnings. This can be difficult, it is not always clear in business who victory. There are no universal goals that everyone can see.
Here is my rule: competition is healthy when you decide what success seemed to have others made. Measure your progress according to how far you came in relation to the goals you set, instead of letting your completion control the narrative and always be one step.
Success is for me to be a little better than me. When you are in the start, your product will not be perfect at first – or maybe everyone. But you work to make sure it’s better today than last month – or last weekend or yesterday. In this way, you can at least make sure you are heading in the right direction.
If you have carefully chosen your mission, this kind of progress becomes a much better measure of success that some other society does. You can read more about this in my next article below:
